I am offering a motivational approach to training, as a qualified Strengthening and Conditioning professional.
Beginners don’t have to be afraid of being exposed to over-exercise. Exercises are increased based on physical capabilities and condition of the client. My goal is to have satisfied clients who want to come back for further training.
From time to time I arrange cycling or tourist focused events, would you like to participate in one or some of these events?
